Original owner Mel Ostlund a real corvette Fan, liked high gears and tall tires for highway rallys. He always kept track of "his cars" hoping they were well taken care of. I believe he would approve of the currant mods. 2nd owner unknown (owned for a short period) 3rd owner drove it like it was stolen, had a mild front end collision in a snow storm car sat outside for a few years. somewhere in this time engine was removed. 4th owner (family member)fixed front damage, installed a used engine ,drove it. mid 70s,purchased a 365/327 from gm sat under a bench until mid 80s stripped the paint,installed new engine, sat in a garage unfinished. Garage Burned Down 6 months after I purchased the car. (saved from death again)
